I’m Steve Park - nice to meet you, and thank you for taking time to consider working with me on your next great project.

I have nearly 20 years experience in construction of all types with a specialty in carpentry that I believe can serve you.

I decided to launch my organization in an effort to serve the customer’s needs first and to take the smoke and mirrors out of projects which leads to distrust among contractors.

We are called You First, because we put you first and work to meet your needs, wants and desires in order to make your dream project come to life - no matter the size.

Here is my commitment to you

• Before submitting a final bill, we will always walk through the final project together to ensure everything is what we agreed on and that the project is done.
• No hidden fees. You will know everything up front and I will be open with you about options and choices in case new information is discovered during a project.
• This will be a personable experience. I will not talk over your head and will work to meet deadlines agreed to in advance and will work to keep stress out of your project.
